In the federalist paper, the author identified two methods, which would solve social inclination towards formation of faction in the society. It argued that one method of dealing with these groups in the society is to stump their causes. The second method that the author mentioned is to control the effects created in the society by this factions. The author of Federalist paper proposed two methods of eliminating factions or emergence of factions in the society. The first proposal argues that by eliminating liberty, which provides room for the formation of factions, the society may fail to form factions1. The second proposal claims that when every citizen gets the opportunity to present their opinions and interests, they would not be able to form factions. Apparently, the second proposal seems to use democratic means of solving a problem, which seems to surface every time.
